"Thanks for the workshop - I loved it! I really enjoyed the intensity of doing 3 hours of yoga-movement-practice. And I particularly enjoyed the phase of paired practices at the end. Since then, I've had openings in my hips and belly, and have been enjoying movement and feeling in my body much more. I even spontaneously did a back bend the other morning - which totally surprised me as I have never been able to do one before! It just flowed out.
