Ruslan is a senior Yogic Arts teacher. He has studied extensively with Master Duncan Wong, and has taught classes, workshops and retreats in Miami, New York, Costa Rica, Mexico and South Korea. He is a Co-Founder of KarmaMechanics.com (yoga inspired wear). Additionally, Ruslan is an advanced ThaiMassage and Gravity Massage practitioner, and an avid Acro-Yogi.  He is always seeking to expand his knowledge and gain new inspiration.
