Physical Therapy/Body Work & Energetic Healing
Scott Donroe, MPT designs therapy and wellness programs to improve overall health from the inside out. Infusing his background in Physical Therapy, energetic healing and Yoga, he will design a program that will get to the root of your pain. No more frequent trips to the Doctor or Therapist to get “fixed”. This is a path to true healing.
The first visit is a 50 minute Evaluation which includes a discussion about your symptom history and complete physical analysis of the body to uncover any mechanical sources to your symptoms. The energy body/chakra system also has a direct influence on how you feel so we will explore this often overlooked part of your being to determine practices to rediscover balance and integration of your mind, body and spirit. The Evaluation is designed to uncover the root cause of your pain so that you can treat it holistically and with new awareness. Each Evaluation includes a customized home program that will include a yoga.
By understanding why you experience pain, you will be empowered to change your unconscious habits that lead to pain in your body and disconnection in your life. The frequency and duration of each treatment program is customized for each patient.
*Note for new patients: This approach to healing requires your active participation and commitment. Healing at the source is a process of self discovery and increased awareness. It will ask you the hard questions about your lifestyle and the choices you make everyday, either conscious or unconscious. Nobody can heal you. You must use the tools you're given to heal yourself.
Treatment Sessions Include
-Body Work, including Myofascial Release & Cranio Sacral Therapy
-Yoga Therapy
-Energy work
-Meditation & Spiritual practices to lower stress levels and tension
-Education about the source of your symptoms
-Home program
*All visits are $150.00 paid at the time of the appointment. All visits are 50 minutes in length.
*A ‘Superbill’ will be given to you for each visit. Patients can submit this completed form to insurance for reimbursement. Your insurance company will send you reimbursement directly and it will vary depending on your individual policy.
