Life is love. The fabric of the universe is love. Love is the essential joining force, without which there is no meaning. Stand still like a mountain and feel the glory of your life radiating through you.
Be still in this moment. You are breathing. Each breath is your divine lover looking for you. Can you meet him/her?
The minerals, components, elements that are the ingredients of our existence, form the forests and rivers, the distant galaxies and our own dear moon. These are the same components that combine magically to make you and me.
What is this magic of inner flow, this wonder of the asana ( seat) in the heart and body? Can we trust in the connectedness of things? What is this instrument but a vehicle though which to feel and express gratitude? Its very movements are offerings. Give thanks to the creative force. Dance, cry: don't give up until you reach union with the supreme lover, who is your truest self. What other way than this?
What is more fascinating than life moving in waves in and of the flesh, bone and breath? There is no greater pleasure than swimming in this river of life. Stretch, reach, bend, flex, all in an effort to join the divine. THIS IS YOGA. Simplicity.
Let the emotion flow through you like a bird riding the wind. Feel the subtlest movement to the largest burst of energy. Stay present with confrontation or restricted flow and then immerse in the deep peace of release as blockage surrenders and freedom is rediscovered. What is the purpose of practicing movement if it foes not bring greater self awareness and through this awareness, resolution and healing?
