I was introduced to my first Yoga class at 15 yrs old, and ever since I have integrated aspects of Yoga in what has been an extraordinary experience
thus far. Living "Yoga" has enlightened my life every step of the way, guiding me emotionally through my greatest challenges including learning differences.
Having been blessed to have raised one adult daughter and still in the process of raising two teen girls, I recognize the 
stresses and daily impact our society holds on our children today. I could no longer ignore the pulling on my heartstrings to personally want to do something to make a differenc and help shift 
our tomorrows future, our kids. Hence, I honor my dharma to teach children the meaning of union of mind, body and spirit. The gift of knowledge is what we as adults can offer 
our kids through the practice of Yoga.


My love and passion for all living beings since a very young child has guided me to a life dedicated and committed to living and giving back to the earth on all levels.
This path led to the creation of Mindy's Circle , a combined collaboration of shared talents. From 26 years as a prominent hair stylist , to guiding womens circles , to an extensive spiritual practice,to kids birthday parties and teaching kids yoga, my heartfelt guarantee is this:  as we join together, our souls will work as one.

My deepest gratitude goes to my children and especially my life partner, Pablo.  In this space of gratitude 
and mindfulness, together we can all help create a global shift, resulting in a world filled with love, peace and harmony.

For the past 26 years Mindy has woven her passion into the hearts and HAIR of her clients. She designs and colors hair out of her studio 
as well as facilitates in women's healing circles. She has completed her certification and training from Karma Kids  
Yoga and Radiant Child, both leaders in children's Yoga programs.
