Kundalini is a powerful spiritual energy that lies within us all. In this workshop, Ugonma will  guide you through self-paced yoga “sets” and kriyas, designed to tap into the inner flow of Kundalini energy within. Join  Ugonma in this journey of joyful self-discovery as we dive into this no-holds-barred energy feast ! Bring a towel and water!  ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
