Kim Groark is a yoga teacher and lover with over 12 years of experience in working with individuals who are on the spiritual and healing paths. Her work draws from many traditions to create a holistic and empowering container for deeper self-emergence. These traditions include: Vinyasa flow, Anusara, Kundalini and Bhakti Yoga; philosophy and practices of the sufis, tantrikas, nature mystics, Native Americans & Tibetan buddhists; the energetics and biomechanics of Tai-Chi and Ayurveda.
Kim views herself as a co-creator with her students and in the classroom, her main intention is always to create Sacred Space: a place where we are in tune with our bodies, unlimited by the mind, and open to our heart's song.
She believes her dharma is to share and contribute to the collective journey towards greater joy, deeper peace, and freedom. In this way, she is an eternal student, humbled by the teachings of life itself and grateful for the many "every day" Buddhas that cross her path. Aloha and Namaste.
