Jeffrey Kenney

Jeffrey has been practicing Yoga and meditation for over 12 years. He began on the Dharma path in 1995 with a ten-day silent meditation retreat. The results were life changing. Following the retreat he found that his mind had become more open, flexible, and balanced. However, his physical body ached from sitting for long hours, his muscles contracted by years of long distance running and biking. He turned to Yoga as therapy. He trained in many styles of Yoga and was influenced by many great teachers. He found Vinyasa Flow Yoga to be the most powerful and efficient approach to opening the body and generating a balanced mind. Jeffrey is an excellent example of how a consistent and steady practice of Yoga can expand the practitioner physically, mentally, and spiritually. He recommends Yoga to many of his acupuncture clients as it serves to be very much like an acupuncture treatment, opening energy pathways, and calming the mind.
