Jan Cokinos

Jan has a vast athletic background and incorporates elements of Anusara, Vinyasa, and Kundalini yoga as well as modern dance in her classes without losing a sense of lightheartedness and fun. Her devout study of yoga began after experiencing transformative effects from practicing as a student. She is grateful for her teachers, John Diminico, Kathy Donnelly, Kim Groark, Doug Keller, Simon Park, and Joseph Roberson. Her passion for teaching yoga stemmed from the affect yoga has had meeting challenges in her own life while maintaining focus, clarity, and balance. She hopes her students can share in the opportunity yoga provides for healing, growth, and transformation both physically and spiritually in their own lives.
