Golf Flow: Yoga for a Smooth and Powerful Swing

 

Created by a team of yoga and golf professionals,  Golf Flow™ is a yoga practice designed specifically for golfers to improve their performance and game.

Come experience golf the yogic way, by creating flexibility and strength in your “golf” muscles.  Classes will guide you through specific exercises and “sets” based on vinyasa flow yoga  that are designed to promote a consistent and powerful golf swing.  Utilizing breathing exercises, deep stretching, and even your own golf club, you will overcome tightness/stiffness in your shoulders, hips, and hamstrings,  strengthen your core, and ultimately create the posture you need to swing with more power, accuracy and consistency.

Cost: $120 per session(4 classes);  drop-in rate, $35 per class (space permitting). Bring Your Club and a Towel. All other props, including mats will be provided.

 About the Creators/Instructors of Golf Flow™:

John Bohlmann is the creator of Bohlmann Golf School and is a PGA professional who has been teaching golf for nearly a decade. His unique golf program combines swing mechanics, mental and physical exercises and yoga techniques. John is an avid golfer & yoga practitioner and continues to be inspired by the benefits yoga brings into his clients golf game.

Scott Donroe has been working as a Physical Therapist, Sports Performance Specialist and
lecturer for the past 10 years.  His specialty in golf fitness has earned him invitations to speak at the PGA’s Coaching and Teaching Summit. He was also selected as the Head Fitness Consultant at the PGA Tour's KBR Capital Open.  Scott has experienced profound physical changes and mental clarity in his life through the practice of yoga. 

Kim Groark
is the founder of Sacred Space Yoga and has been teaching yoga for over a
decade. Recognized for her inspiring and sound teaching method, Kim empowers students to move from their intuition as she guides them through unique yoga sequences that develop strength, flexibility, calm mind and vibrant body. She has worked with all types of athletes to help create yoga programs that aid recovery from injury, supplement their training, and
promote overall mental endurance and flexibility.
