Cathy Lorberbaum

Cathy loves what yoga focuses on: the infinite possibilities for self-transformation, physical and spiritual strength, and appreciation for life. Rather than seeing herself as an edge-pusher, Cathy identifies her approach as one of exploration, a search for inner-balance, and being in touch with one’s body. Cathy's classes will include pranayama, meditation, Ayurvedic priniciples and dynamic vinyasa flow sequences. She has been teaching yoga for more than seven years, and her teachers include Kim Groark, Shiva Rea, Scott Blossom, Gary Kraftsow and Max Strom. One of the greatest things Cathy hopes for in teaching a class is that students are more connected to and compassionate with themselves.
